Summary of Potentially Dilutive Shares of Common Stock

Because we reported a net loss for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, all potentially dilutive shares of common stock have been excluded from the computation of the dilutive net loss per share for all periods presented. As of September 30, 2015, no outstanding warrants were in-the-money and no outstanding stock options were in-the-money, other than the options granted in the first quarter of 2015.
