SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 4, 2025, the August 2025 Notes matured in accordance with the terms of the August 2020 NPA and the Company repaid in full the par amount plus accrued and unpaid interest. On August 7, 2025, the Board declared a quarterly distribution of $0.26 per share payable on September 10, 2025 to holders of record as of September 3, 2025.
