SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 6, 2025, the Board declared a quarterly distribution of $0.26 per share payable on December 10, 2025 to holders of record as of December 3, 2025. On November 4, 2025, the Series B Notes matured in accordance with the terms of the November 2020 NPA and the Company repaid in full the par amount plus accrued and unpaid interest.
