RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 15. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS   The Management Company provides management, development and leasing services to the Company’s unconsolidated affiliates and other affiliated partnerships. Revenues recognized for these services amounted to $1,136 for the Successor Company for the period November 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. The Predecessor Company recognized revenues for these services in the amount of $4,965 for the period from January 1, 2021 through October 31, 2021. For the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019, the Predecessor Company recognized revenues for these services in the amounts of $4,940 and $6,878, respectively.
