On January 7, 2022, Ray A. Sparks informed First Mid Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) of his plan to retire from the Board of Directors, including all committees of the Board on which he serves, effective as of the date of the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders in April of 2022. Mr. Spark’s desire to retire from the Board was not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
