Collaborative arrangement, purpose     In December 2020, the Company and Genentech, Inc. (“Genentech”) entered into the Collaboration and License Agreement (“Genentech Agreement”).    
Collaborative arrangement, rights and obligations     During the three and six months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022, there were no material changes to the Genentech Agreement. Accordingly, there were no changes to the Company’s accounting treatment thereon through June 30, 2023.
