Subsequent Events	12. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to June 30, 2023, we issued 3,197,403 shares of common stock through the ATM Program that were sold prior to the quarter end at an average price of $11.01 per share, raising $35.2 million of net proceeds after commissions to the sales agents and inclusive of proceeds from the Investment Adviser to ensure that all shares were sold at or above NAV. On July 31, 2023, the Credit Facility's commitment was increased by $20 million due to the inclusion of a new lender to the facility. The additional commitment increases the Credit Facility's total commitment amount to $386 million.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
