Subsequent Events	12. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 25, 2024, we completed the refinancing of the 2031 Asset-Backed Debt from a $301 million to $351 million debt securitization in the form of a collateralized loan obligation. We retained $85 million of the securitization in the form of Class D-R Notes and Subordinate Notes through a consolidated subsidiary.
