Subsequent Events	(15)         Subsequent Events On November 28, 2012, the Company announced a special cash dividend of $1.20 per share on the Company’s common stock, which is estimated to total approximately $102 million, and a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share. The combined cash dividends will be paid on December 28, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 12, 2012.
