Disclosure of Compensation Related Costs, Share-based Payments [Text Block]	10. 2015 Equity Incentive Plan In May 2015, our stockholders approved our 2015 Equity Incentive Plan (the “2015 Plan”). Our Board of Directors adopted the 2015 Plan in March 2015. Under the 2015 Plan, all of our employees and any subsidiary employees, as well as all of our non-employee directors, may be granted stock-based awards, including non-statutory stock options , performance unit awards and shares of common stock, of which 212,500 shares have been awarded as of December 31 , 2015. The maximum number of shares of common stock available for issuance under the 2015 Plan is 800,000 shares. The 2015 Plan replaces our 2005 Stock Incentive Plan (the “2005 Plan”), which expired by its terms in May 2015. Any awards issued under the 2005 Plan that remain outstanding will continue according to their terms.
