Related Party Transactions	14. Related Party Transactions The Company has, in the ordinary course of business, entered into arrangements with other companies who have shareholders in common with the Company. Pursuant to these arrangements, related-party affiliates receive payments for providing website visitor referrals and to a lesser extent a small amount of office space. During the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019, the Company recorded expense of $3.1 million and $5.2 million, respectively, related to these arrangements. During the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019, the Company paid $3.1 million and $5.7 million, respectively, related to these arrangements. As of December 31, 2020 and 2019, amounts due to related-party affiliates totaled $0.5 million and $0.6 million, respectively, which were included in accounts payable and accrued expenses on the balance sheets.
