Subsequent Events	21. Subsequent Events On February 23, 2016 the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share payable on March 28, 2016 to shareholders of record on March 14, 2016. In 2015, the Company paid a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share. The Board intends to continue to consider the payment of a regular cash dividend each calendar quarter. On an annualized basis, the cash dividend is expected to be $0.72 per share.
