| Segment Reporting [Abstract] | |
| SEGMENT INFORMATION | SEGMENT INFORMATION The Company's reportable segment is determined by the Chief Executive Officer, who is the designated chief operating decision maker, based upon information provided about the Company's products and services offered, primarily banking operations. Substantially all of our operations occur through the Bank and involve the delivery of loan and deposit products to customers. Management makes operating decisions and assesses performance based on an ongoing review of its banking operation, which constitutes our only operating segment for financial reporting purposes. We do not consider our trust and investment management business as a separate segment. The accounting policies of the Company's segment are the same as those described in the Note 1 “Summary of Significant Accounting Policies.”
