RESERVE REQUIREMENTS	4. RESERVE REQUIREMENTS The bank is required by the FRBSF to maintain reserves based on the amount of deposits held. The amount held as a reserve by our bank at December 31, 2011 and 2010 was $66.3 million and $54.4 million, respectively.
