15. Employee Retirement Benefit Plan

The Company maintains a 401(k) retirement savings plan (the “401(k) Plan”) for its employees. The 401(k) Plan allows eligible employees to make contributions up to the maximum allowable by the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”). For the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, the Company made matching contributions of and recorded contribution expenses of $0.2 million and $0.1 million, respectively.
