Voting Rights Announcement according to § 21 para. 1 WpHG
Horizon Resources GmbH (for the moment still registered under TALK FM
Content Agency GmbH), Kitzbühel, Austria informed us that according § 21
para. 1 WpHG, that its voting rights in Pearl Gold AG, Frankfurt, Germany
exceeded on 24.03.2013 the thresholds of 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 % and that it
represents at this date 22.4% (5600000 voting rights).
Of these 22.4 % are to be attributed to Mr. Rashed Saif Jaber Al Suwaidi
(5600000 voting rights) according to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Horizon Energy LLC, Abu Dhabi, Arabic United Emirates informed us that
according § 21 para. 1 WpHG, that its voting rights in Pearl Gold AG,
Frankfurt, Germany exceeded on 24.03.2013 the thresholds of 3, 5, 10, 15
and 20 % and that it represents at this date 22.4% (5600000 voting rights).
Of these 22.4 % are to be attributed to Mr. Rashed Saif Jaber Al Suwaidi
(5600000 voting rights) according to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

The voting rights attributed to Mr. Rashed Saif Jaber Al Suwaidi are hold
by the following legal entities controlled by him and that hold voting
rights in Pearl Gold AG for each higher than 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20% or more:

- Horizon Resources GmbH (for the moment still registered under TALK FM
