Subsequent Events	15. Subsequent events On May 1, 2014, the Company announced a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.11 per share, payable on May 27, 2014 to holders of Class A Stock and Class B Stock of record on May 15, 2014. On April 14, 2014, the Company redeemed $45.0 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes at a price equal to 106.563% of the principal. In addition, the Company retired $5.0 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes. The remaining outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Notes is $150.0 million.
