Subsequent Events	Subsequent events On April 28, 2017, the Company announced a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.11 per share, payable on May 26, 2017 to holders of Class A Stock and Class B Stock of record on May 12, 2017. On April 15, 2017, the Company redeemed $30.0 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes at a price equal to 100% of the principal. The remaining outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Notes is $120.0 million. See Note 9.
