Changes in Terveystalo's Executive Team

Two Senior Vice Presidents of the Healthcare Services business area have been
appointed to Terveystalo's Executive Team, effective 1 April 2026. This business
area is a key part of Terveystalo's strategy and generates almost 80% of the
Group's total revenue. The Healthcare Services business area is headed by
President and CEO Ville Iho.

  · Niki Kotilainen, Senior Vice President of Operations, Healthcare Services,
b. 1985, M.Sc. (Tech.). Kotilainen has held several leadership roles at
Terveystalo since 2015. Prior to joining Terveystalo, Kotilainen worked as a
management consultant at Boston Consulting Group.

  · Tiina Tissari, Senior Vice President, Consumer, Insurance and Top
specialities, b. 1973, M.Sc. (Tech.), Ph.D. Tissari has been in her position
since 2024 and is also responsible for the Group's brand, marketing, digital
sales, and customer experience. Prior to joining Terveystalo, Tissari worked as
Finnair's Vice President, Consumer Business and Customer Experience, founded and
led the sustainable fashion clothing company Vestiarium, and held various
management positions at Microsoft and Nokia.

Both will report to CEO Ville Iho.

cooperation and better decision-making throughout the Group,” says CEO Ville

At the same time, the Group's medical management approach will be reformed. In
the future, the chief physicians of the business areas will be responsible for
medical management in their respective areas and will form Terveystalo's highest
medical decision-making body, the Medical Management Team, whose chairman will
also participate in the Group Management Team meetings. At the same time, the
position of the Group's Chief Medical Officer will be discontinued. The new
management model enables the effective integration of medical decision-making
into business support, improving the ability to meet the needs of both customers
and professionals. Jukka Pitkänen, Chief Medical Officer of the Healthcare
Services business area, will assume the role of Chairman of the Medical
Management Team. In the future, CEO Ville Iho will also serve on the medical
management team, bringing him even closer to medical decision-making.
