SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 22 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In February 2022, the Company informed the trustee of its intent to redeem its subordinated notes on March 15, 2022. As provided in the agreement, the Company will redeem the entire $25.0 million principal balance, plus accrued interest. The subordinated notes mature on March 15, 2027 and bear an interest rate of 6.25% per annum. ​
