Nokian Tyres has received an announcement from BlackRock, Inc. on June 18, 2020,
in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5.
According to the announcement BlackRock, Inc.'s indirect holding in Nokian Tyres
shares fell below the level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a
result of share transactions concluded on June 17, 2020. The indirect
shareholding of BlackRock, Inc. in Nokian Tyres has decreased to 6,829,924
shares, corresponding to 4.91% of Nokian Tyres’ shares and voting rights.
BlackRock, Inc. and its funds held on deal date a total of 8,189,506 Nokian
Tyres’ shares representing 5.89% of the company’s 138,921,750 shares and voting
rights.
