RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the years ended June 30, 2012, 2011, and 2010, the Company incurred approximately $744,000, $513,000, and $730,000, respectively, in connection with legal services provided by a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. At June 30, 2012 and 2011, approximately $119,000 and $25,000, respectively, were due to this Board member.
