SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM	19 - SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM Since the inception of its share repurchase program through September 30, 2011, the Company has repurchased and retired 278,300 shares of its common stock for $11,500.  Currently, the terms of the 2007 Credit Facility require the Company to suspend all share repurchases until the Company can represent that it is in a position to again satisfy the collateral maintenance covenant.  No share repurchases were made during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010.
