Non-GAAP Measure Description We have selected Adjusted EBITDA as our most important financial measure (that is not otherwise required to be disclosed in the table) used to link “compensation actually paid” to our NEOs to Company performance for fiscal year 2023. We also used Transaction Value, which is an operating metric, to link “compensation actually paid” to our NEOs to Company performance for fiscal year 2023. Our Compensation Committee tied the incentive bonus plan for the NEOs for 2023 to achievement of these two measures.
