Equity Transactions During the nine months ended June 30, 2016, the Company issued 167,415 shares of common stock pursuant to the application of an incorrect conversion price for conversion notices received in respect of the Debentures, during the year ended September 30, 2015.  During the nine months ended June 30, 2016, the Company issued 1,000,000 shares of common stock to a director and officer of the Company pursuant to the terms of a 2013 employment agreement with that director and officer.
