Subsequent Event	Note 16 – Subsequent Event On January 27, 2021, our Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $2.50 per share on all issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock and Class A Stock of the Company (the “January 2021 Dividends”). The January 2021 Dividends will be paid on March 16, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 26, 2021.
