Subsequent Event	Note 15 – Subsequent Event On November 3, 2022, our Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share on all issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock and Class A Stock of the Company (the “November 2022 Dividends”). The November 2022 Dividends will be paid on December 21, 2022 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 2, 2022.
