) Business Segment Information

Our operations are entirely focused on the manufacture and marketing of steel wire reinforcing products for concrete construction applications. Our concrete reinforcing products consist of

two

product lines: PC strand and WWR. Based on the criteria specified in ASC Topic

280,

Segment Reporting, we have

one

reportable segment.

Our

net sales and long-lived assets (consisting of net property, plant and equipment, the cash surrender value of life insurance policies, goodwill and intangible assets) by geographic region are as follows:
