Dividends per Share	5. Dividends per Share The Company declared and paid a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share in each of the first and second quarter of 2013 and 2012. Total dividends paid in the first six months of 2013 and 2012 were $422,000 and $418,000, respectively.

5. Dividends per Share

The Company declared and paid a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share in each of the first and second quarter of 2013 and 2012. Total dividends paid in the first six months of 2013 and 2012 were $422,000 and $418,000, respectively.
