DIVIDENDS PER SHARE	15. DIVIDENDS PER SHARE The Company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.025 per share in each of the first, second and third quarters of 2016 and 2015.  Total dividends declared in the first nine months of 2016 and 2015 were $708 and $696, respectively.
