DIVIDENDS PER SHARE	16.    DIVIDENDS PER SHARE The Company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.030 per share in the first and second quarters of 2019.  Dividends declared for the first and second quarters of 2018 were at $0.025 and $0.030 per share, respectively. Total dividends declared in the first six months of 2019 and 2018 were $575 and $520, respectively.
