Restricted Cash Restricted cash relates to certain bank accounts in Mexico that were retained following the divestiture of Frozen Fruit, which are subject to a judicial hold in connection with a litigation matter. Restricted cash has been classified as non-current on the consolidated balance sheets as at September 28, 2024 and December 30, 2023, as the Company cannot predict the timing of when this matter may be resolved.
