CORRECTION to notification according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities
Markets Act of change in holdings in YIT Corporation shares
YIT Corporation corrects the stock exchange release regarding notification of
major holdings published on 3 May 2022 at 2:30 p.m. Due to a technical error,
the total number of YIT shares owned directly or through financial instruments
by Nordea Bank Abp was misreported to have increased above 5 per cent. The
correct share was below 5 per cent, and the notification was not necessary.
On 3 May 2022, YIT received another announcement from Nordea Bank Abp under
Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, which is reported below.
According to the announcement, the total number of YIT shares owned directly or
through financial instruments by Nordea Bank Abp is below 5%.
YIT has one share series, each share entitling to one vote. The total number of
YIT’s shares is 211,099,853 shares.
