Stockholders’ Equity During the nine-month period ended December 31, 2016, the Company repurchased 46,200 shares or $1,518,000 of its Class A Common Stock as Treasury Stock and 9,042 shares or $324,000 of its Class B Common Stock also as Treasury Stock. As of December 31, 2016, there are 2,336,792 shares or $67,550,000 of repurchased stock. These shares are not considered outstanding.
