On September 24, 2012, Mr Martin Stürner, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on PEH Wertpapier AG, Oberursel, Deutschland, have exceeded the 25%
threshold of the Voting Rights on September 24, 2012 and on that day
amounted to 25.88% (this corresponds to 469302 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 6.88% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 124750 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Stürner.
