On January 16, 2015, Ms Yvonne Tomaszewski-Bock, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on PEH Wertpapier AG, Frankfurt, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on January 15, 2015 and on that day amounted
to 3.20% (this corresponds to 58000 Voting Rights).
1.35% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 24500 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Ms Tomaszewski-Bock in accordance with Article 22, Section 2,
WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
