Ålandsbanken Abp (“Ålandsbanken”) announced the issuance of Additional Tier 1 floating rate notes with an aggregate amount of SEK 350,000,000 (the “Notes”) on 20 November 2025. The Notes bear floating interest at the rate of STIBOR three (3) months plus a margin of 3.35 per cent per annum.

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today on 27 November 2025 approved the listing prospectus for the Notes. The listing prospectus is available in English on Ålandsbanken’s website at https://www.alandsbanken.com/about-us/debt-investors/debt-securities-documentation.

Ålandsbanken has today submitted an application to Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd for the admission to trading of the Notes on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. Subject to the approval of the application, Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd is expected to admit the Notes to public trading as of 1 December 2025.

Nordea Bank Abp acts as the lead manager for the issue of the Notes.
