Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On February 25, 2015, we acquired a funeral home in Clarksville, Tennessee for approximately $9.8 million, of which $4.3 million was paid at closing with the remainder being paid in 20 quarterly installments of approximately $0.3 million which represents a net present value of approximately $4.4 million.
