Mexico City, Mexico October 21, 2014 – Volaris* (NYSE: VLRS and BMV: VOLAR), informs that today it published a summon for a General Ordinary Shareholders meeting to be held on November 6, 2014 at 10:00, in which among other matters, the appointment of Mr. Alfonso González Migoya, as new Chariman of the Board will be proposed, in substitution of Mr. Gilberto Perezalonso Cifuentes, who will tender his resignation for personal reasons.
