Earnings Per Share, Policy	Options to purchase 341,950 and 289,922 shares of common stock were outstanding at June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively, but were not included in the computation of diluted earnings per share for each of the three month and six month periods because the options’ exercise prices were greater than the average market prices of the common shares for the three and six months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
