Note 11: Federal Reserve Bank Borrowings	Note 11:    Federal Reserve Bank Borrowings At December 31, 2015 and 2014, the Bank had $633.7 million and $563.2 million, respectively, available under a line-of-credit borrowing arrangement with the Federal Reserve Bank.  The line is secured primarily by commercial loans.  There were no amounts borrowed under this arrangement at December 31, 2015 or 2014.
