Subsequent Events	19. Subsequent Events Conversion of Convertible Preferred Stock On November 22, 2023, GNI provided notice to the Company to convert 13,151 shares of Convertible Preferred Stock into shares of common stock. On January 22, 2024, subject to the terms and conditions of the Convertible Preferred Stock Certificate of Designation, 8,767,332 shares of common stock were issued to GNI upon such conversion.
