Kati Janhunen appointed as Atria Group's EVP, Sustainability  -  Merja Leino
retires

When PhDMerja Leino, Atria Group's long-term Executive Vice President for
Sustainability, retires, Kati Janhunen, M.Sc. (Econ.), is appointed as Atria
Group's Executive Vice President, Sustainability, and a member of the Atria
Group's Management Team. Janhunen will be transferred to Atria latest on 1
February 2026 and will start in her position no later than 1 June 2026.

- The role of sustainability in Atria's strategy and business is central.
Atria's goal is that the entire value chain operates sustainably and that
sustainability is part of all operations. Stakeholders' expectations and changed
regulation are rapidly shaping the operating environment of sustainability work.
We want to continue to be proactive in our sustainability work and take care of
the well-being of our entire value chain. I would like to thank Merja Leino for
her long career at Atria in diverse positions, the longest periods of which she
has served as the head of various businesses in Atria Finland.  In addition, her
contribution, especially in building sustainability at Atria, and also as a
developer of quality and product safety, has been significant, says Kai
Gyllström, CEO of Atria Plc.

Kati Janhunen joins Atria from the Arla Finland management team, where she is
currently responsible for marketing, innovation and product group management, as
well as the commercialisation of sustainability through consumer brands. She has
20 years of experience in managing consumer brands, innovation and product
groups at both Arla and Unilever.

- Merja Leino's successor, Kati Janhunen, has strong experience in ambitious
sustainability management and the commercialisation of sustainability,
especially in the consumer business interface, which fits perfectly with Atria's
goals, continues Kai Gyllström.

Atria's current EVP for Sustainability, Merja Leino, will retire 1 June 2026
after a 30-year career at Atria.
