Transactions with Related Parties

During the three months ended April 30, 2014 and 2013, an engineering firm owned by Tavit Najarian, a relative of our Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, provided services to the Company totaling $0.2 million for both periods. During the six months ended April 30, 2014 and 2013, the services provided by such engineering firm to the Company totaled $0.4 million for both periods. Neither the Company nor the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer has a financial interest in the relative’s company from whom the services were provided.
