Subsequent Events On June 2, 2021, we sent a notice of redemption to repurchase in full the $111.2 million principal amount of our 10.0% 2022 Notes at a purchase price of 100% of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding the redemption date of July 30, 2021.
