Subsequent Events [Text Block]	22. Subsequent Events On August 29, 2023, K. Hovnanian redeemed $100.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.125 Lien Notes due 2026. The aggregate purchase price for this redemption was $102.2 million, which included accrued and unpaid interest and was funded with cash on hand. As a result of the redemption, the remaining aggregate principal amount of the 1.125 Lien Notes is $50.0 million.
