Subsequent Events On March 19, 2014, the Company announced that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per Class A and Common share in respect of the third quarter of fiscal 2014. The dividend is payable on June 16, 2014 to stockholders of record on April 30, 2014.
