The Company’s balance of other long-term liabilities as of December 31, 2022 and 2021 consisted primarily of the long-term portion of contingent consideration related to the acquisitions of Sividon and Gateway and restricted cash related to the acquisition of Gateway. See Note 16 for additional information on the Gateway acquisition.
