BUSINESS ACQUISITION	BUSINESS ACQUISITIONOn February 1, 2024, the Company acquired from Intermountain Health select assets for an immaterial amount from its Intermountain Precision Genomics ("IPG") laboratory business, including the Precise Tumor Test, the Precise Liquid Test, and IPG's CLIA-certified laboratory in St. George, Utah (the "Precise acquisition"). In connection with the Precise acquisition, the Company recognized a gain of $2.2 million, which is included in Other income in the Consolidated Statements of Operations.
