RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONSAs a portion of the consideration for the GENBAND Merger, on October 27, 2017, the Company issued a Promissory Note for $22.5 million to certain of GENBAND's equity holders who, following the GENBAND Merger, owned greater than five percent of the Company's outstanding shares. On April 29, 2019, the Company repaid in full all outstanding amounts under the Promissory Note, aggregating $24.7 million. The Company did not incur any early termination penalties in connection with this repayment.
